Handmade & Exclusive Products
All Bynass Ibiza products are handmade, carefully selected, and produced in limited exclusive collections.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, sizing, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each item.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through our payment providers.
Bynass Ibiza is not responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties for international orders.
Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier delays.
Once an order has been shipped, Bynass Ibiza is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot
be refunded.
Return Policy
At Bynass Ibiza, all products are carefully handmade and produced in limited exclusive collections.
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or cancelled.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Clear photos of the issue must be provided for review.

Products showing signs of use, wear, beach use, photoshoots, events, perfumes, smoke, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.
